I keep them in the freezer and \u00a0you don&#8217;t even need to thaw them before putting in the crock pot.<\/p>\n<p>1 2lb boneless pork loin\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 can S&amp;W pinquito beans w\/ spices<\/p>\n<p>1 chopped jalapeno (fresh or jarred)<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp ground cumin<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp ground cayenne<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp ground red chili pepper<\/p>\n<p>Tortillas (I&#8217;m really liking the new Mission Life Balance medium-sized tortillas)<\/p>\n<p>Topping suggestions: Shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado and Tapatio<\/p>\n<p>Put pork loin, beans with juices, jalapenos and spices in slow cooker. \u00a0Cook for 8 hours on low. Remove pork, shred it (should just fall apart) and mix back into slow cooker.<\/p>\n<p>Warm tortillas one at a time in non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
